Smile Education are recruiting for an Primary teacher to work in a 2 form entry primary school in the Sandwell area. The role would be working at a school with a tight knit staff team and strong SLT support.
The Primary teacher role would be long term, full time with full teaching responsibilities starting from January with the potential of becoming a permanent position.
The responsibilities of the Primary Teacher role:
- Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS2 in line with the curriculum
- Focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking
- assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role.
- Be able to structure lesson plans for different level of student needs
To apply for this Primary Teacher role, you will need the following:- Teaching certification or QTS.
- Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
- Have experience working in Primary schools
