Pay: £150 - £170 per day

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher ready to make a real difference in the classroom? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Birmingham area is seeking a passionate teacher to take on a full-time role in Year 4 or Year 5, starting in September 2025.

The Role You will join a well-resourced Key Stage 2 team, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that inspires pupils to achieve their best. You’ll be supported by experienced teaching assistants, access to quality resources, and a team of colleagues who work together to share ideas and strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Supporting and assessing pupils' progress, including those with additional needs
- Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Liaising with parents and staff to support each child’s development
- Participating in team planning and school initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (placement experience considered for ECTs)
- Strong behaviour management and a nurturing approach to teaching
- Commitment to inclusive education and pupil progress
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and excellent communication skills
