Year 4 Teacher – Full Time

Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Windsor, seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Lower Key Stage 2, helping them develop confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations as they progress through their primary education.

About the Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
• Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued
• Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations
• Assess and track pupil progress, using data to inform planning
• Contribute to a creative, broad, and balanced curriculum

You will play a vital role in encouraging pupils’ curiosity, resilience, and love of learning.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic teacher who:

• Has experience teaching Year 4 or Lower Key Stage 2
• Is confident delivering the KS2 curriculum
• Demonstrates strong skills in differentiation and inclusive practice
• Has effective behaviour management and classroom organisation
• Is dedicated to pupil progress, wellbeing, and safeguarding
• Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Is eager to engage in ongoing professional development
