About the Role:

• Position: Year 3 Primary School Teacher
• Start Date: Permanent role beginning in January 2024, with immediate trial options
• Location: West Wickham

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Year 3 students in line with the national curriculum
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment that fosters each child’s learning and development
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support students’ educational journeys and well-being

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential for this role
• Prior experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably in a Year 3 setting
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Availability for immediate trial, with a full-time start in January 2024
