The ideal candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally Year 1 curriculum
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and differentiated teaching skills
• Is creative, motivated, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential
• Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive school culture
