Here at Teaching Personnel, we are recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to work in one of our partner Secondary Schools in the Llanelli area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to start their career in education by providing identified children with the additional support required for them to meet and go beyond their educational targets.

Ideal Welsh Speaking Graduate Teaching Assistants will:

  • Fluent Welsh speaker
  • Have experience of working with children and young people (can be voluntary or personal)
  • Have a confident and friendly personality
  • Possess resilience to overcome challenges
  • Remain calm in stressful situations
  • Demonstrate empathy and care for the children and young people they work with

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
