The role

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dedicated teaching staff and ensuring the academic success and well-being of the students.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading small group activities and interventions to support students' learning
• Assisting with lesson planning and preparation, providing valuable insights and resources
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Inspiring and motivating students to reach their full potential, both academically and personally

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an Unqualified Teacher is essential
• Relevant qualifications and/or training in education or childcare
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing the growth and development of every child
