Smile Education are looking for an Unqualified Teacher in the Stoke on Trent area . We work with a variety of secondary schools across the area that have a high demand for Cover Supervisors/ Unqualified Teachers. These roles are available with an imediate start, working days are completely flexible to your schedule, as long as you are able to cover a full school day. We have part-time and full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively
- Arrive on time to school and lessons
- Manage the classroom and keep the children engaged by creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Leave feedback for the classroom teacher
Requirements for this role :- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills to engage with students and staff
- A passion for the development of young people
- Level 3 of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour
