TP Tutors is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to provide specialist educational support for young people across Whiteley and nearby locations.

Location: Whiteley and surrounding areas
Position Type: Full-time or part-time available
Session Format: In-person tuition

You will work with children and teenagers who may be out of mainstream education or require additional support due to SEND needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH difficulties, or anxiety.

By delivering tailored learning sessions, you will help students rebuild confidence, improve engagement, and make meaningful educational progress.

• Provide individual tuition sessions tailored to learner needs
• Plan engaging activities that encourage participation and growth
• Support learners in developing independence and resilience
• Adapt lesson delivery to suit different abilities and challenges
• Maintain accurate session records and progress updates
• Build positive relationships with families and support teams
• Travel locally to deliver sessions in homes or community settings

• Experience supporting children or young people preferred
• Applicants from education, mentoring, care, tutoring, or youth support backgrounds encouraged
• Calm, adaptable, and nurturing personality
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Understanding of safeguarding expectations
• Ability to travel within the Whiteley area
