Working Hours: During School Hours

We are currently looking for dedicated and passionate 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in the Kettering area. This role involves delivering tailored educational support either in a pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to the pupil’s individual learning needs.
  • Support students in subjects such as English, Maths, and other core curriculum areas.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and progress.
  • Plan and adapt lessons to suit varying abilities and learning styles.
  • Monitor and report on student progress where required.
  • Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sessions effectively.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Right to work in the UK.
