  • Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans for students
  • Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a SEN setting

  • Strong understanding of different learning styles and SEN strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
  • Work may be conducted in a classroom or one-on-one setting
  • Collaborative work with school staff, parents, and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
