We’re recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism at a specialist school in South Norfolk through our Norwich SEN branch.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with Autism and behavioural needs
  • Delivering tailored interventions
  • Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Supporting behaviour, attitudes, and personal development
  • Following EHCP guidelines

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Compassionate and patient
  • Confident in challenging environments
  • Willing to complete relevant training and CPD

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
