Teaching Assistant New

Location: Aylesbury
Start: September 2026
Full Time: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90–£120 per day

Not every pupil needs help all the time.
But the ones who do need it at the right moment.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your role is to provide consistent support so that no pupil falls behind or disengages.

Key responsibilities
Support pupils during classroom lessons
Work with small groups and individuals
Reinforce teacher instructions
Support behaviour management
Help with transitions and organisation
Assist with classroom preparation
