We are looking for a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with a range of additional needs in a well-established education setting in Bournemouth.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working with pupils aged 5 to 18 across both primary and secondary phases. Working hours are 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be joining a welcoming and highly supportive school environment that is widely recognised for its inclusive ethos and commitment to pupil wellbeing.

Staff work collaboratively and are supported by experienced leadership who value professional development.
Pupils are supported with a variety of needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASD)
Physical Disabilities (PD)
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Supporting pupils in class, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting with personal care and physical support where required
Encouraging engagement, communication and independence
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Working closely with teachers and specialist staff
A minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with SEN needs
A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
Confidence supporting pupils with complex and physical needs
