Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a school located near Seaford, on the coast, in East Sussex who are looking to recruit driven and professional SEN Teaching Assistants.

Ideally you will have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant with students and supporting those with SEMH and Behavioural Issues. This is a school for secondary aged children, and experience of working with young adults, either in a school or in the wider community, would be ideal.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing classroom environment
- To liaise with the lead teacher in preparing the classroom
- Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
- Track and monitor student progression
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.

The right candidate MUST have:
- Experience of working with children or young adults
- Knowledge of working with a range of behavioural needs, including SEMH
- The right to work in the UK
