Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a meaningful impact in their educational journey? A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hodge Hill, Birmingham, is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across Years 1 to 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across Years 1 to 4.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized support for pupils with diverse learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
  • Contribute to the school's extracurricular programs and initiatives that promote student well-being and development.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in Years 1 to 4.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development
