Our client, a welcoming and community-focused primary school based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, is looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range, working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and tailored interventions. Your role will involve helping with classroom activities, providing one-to-one or small group support, encouraging positive behaviour, and assisting in creating a stimulating learning environment.

What They're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable

• A warm, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young learners

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Good organisational ability and a willingness to learn

• A minimum of GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths or equivalent

• A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and promoting a positive school culture
