Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in January? We’re hiring a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community in Newcastle.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an important part in helping students succeed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organization.
• Preparing learning resources and creating a positive, focused learning environment.
• Tracking student progress and adjusting your support based on their needs.

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with primary-aged children.
• A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
