As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of students across various age groups. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including helping to prepare learning resources, working with small groups of students, providing one-on-one support, and fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Provide individual or small group support for students, helping them with their learning needs.
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Help prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Foster an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Assist with any other duties as required by the teaching team.

• A strong interest in education and a desire to support students’ academic and social development.
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not required—training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
