We are seeking a Secondary Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Maths to support our Maths department in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary range of £85 - £105 per day.

  • Assist in preparing resources and materials for Maths lessons
  • Provide one-to-one support for students who require extra help with Maths concepts
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Relevant teaching assistant qualification
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of Maths curriculum and teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Higher level qualification in Maths or Education
  • Work within school hours, term time only
  • Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
