Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? The Forum School is seeking dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to join our residential team and help empower children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties to thrive.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care, promoting independence, and creating a safe, supportive environment where every young person can reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Support children and young people with daily routines, learning activities, and life-skills development
• Build trusting, positive relationships that encourage confidence and wellbeing
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and safeguarding standards are met
• Work collaboratively with education and care teams to provide consistent, person-centred support
• Support with personal care where required
• Help create a nurturing, structured residential environment that brings out the best in every young person

Shift Patterns Available:
We offer a variety of shifts to support work–life balance, including:

• 08:00 – 20:00
• 08:30 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 20:00
• 21:00 – 08:00 (Waking Night)

• Experience is welcome, but not essential — full training is provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
