A welcoming and well-regarded specialist setting in rural Cranborne is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join its friendly and committed team. The school is known for its nurturing environment, strong teamwork and focus on helping every learner experience meaningful progress. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, supporting secondary-aged pupils in both classroom and routine-based activities.

Due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence is essential.


  • Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN
