Position: Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Lichfield
Contract Type: Flexible/Day-to-Day or Long-Term Supply
About the Role:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and engaging students
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt to the unique needs of each class and provide additional support as needed
Requirements:- Experience working with children in an educational is required
- Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability to work flexibly and at short notice
