We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Primary Supply Teachers to work across several welcoming and well-regarded primary schools in Southampton, and the surrounding areas. The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2 settings.
• Be confident, adaptable, and resilient when working in different classroom environments.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a positive presence.
• Feel comfortable delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Be professional, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Providing high-quality teaching for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply assignments.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons while adapting to the needs of individual pupils and classes.
• Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and wellbeing.
• Working collaboratively with school staff and following safeguarding procedures and school policies.
