Supply Teacher

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Days
Pay: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 8:30am – 3:30pm)

We’re currently recruiting qualified teachers to join our supply pool across Crawley and the surrounding areas. With opportunities in both primary and secondary schools, no two days are the same—making this ideal for adaptable teachers who enjoy variety and want to broaden their experience.

As a Supply Teacher, you’ll be:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across primary and secondary settings
• Creating positive, inclusive, and well-managed classrooms
• Adapting confidently to different schools, subjects, and age groups
• Supporting pupil progress, behaviour, and wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with school staff and following individual school policies

We’re keen to hear from teachers who have:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in primary, secondary, or both
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• The ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
