Supply Teacher

Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed teachers to join our supply team across Crawley and the surrounding areas. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for adaptable educators who enjoy variety and want to broaden their experience across different schools and settings.

As a supply teacher, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in primary and/or secondary classrooms
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Adapting quickly to new schools, students, and subjects
• Supporting student learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in primary, secondary, or both
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons and work independently
