Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Ensure continuity and high standards of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Liaise with staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent student progress.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in classroom teaching (Primary or Secondary).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to new environments.
• A positive and proactive approach to teaching.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience with a variety of age groups and subjects.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum.
