As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Your duties may include following lesson plans, managing classroom behaviour, assessing student work, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience as a teacher or supply teacher

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Good organisational skills
  • Additional teaching certifications
  • Experience working with diverse student populations

You will work in various schools within the North West England region, adapting to different classroom settings and student populations. The role may involve some travel between schools, and you will be expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
