Position: SEN Tutor
Location: Southampton and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible part-time and full-time roles available
As an SEN Tutor, you will provide tailored educational support to students who may struggle within mainstream school settings. You'll work closely with learners with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, and other learning barriers.

- Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions tailored to individual needs
- Adapt lesson content and teaching approaches to suit different learning styles

- Maintain effective communication with parents, carers, and professionals
- Monitor student progress and adapt support strategies when needed

- Experience working with children or young people is beneficial
- Backgrounds in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, care, or support work are welcomed
