If you're a qualified SEND Teaching Assistant with experience in various aspects of SEND, this is a role where that experience is genuinely needed.

Academics is working with Ellesmere Port and Chester schools and specialist provisions seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant who are confident supporting pupils with:

• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• SEMH
• Speech, language and communication needs

The role:

✔ 1:1 and small-group SEND support
✔ Implementing EHCP strategies
✔ Supporting emotional regulation and engagement
✔ Working closely with teachers and SENCOs

You'll be trusted to do the job properly - not "help out where needed".

We're looking for:

• Qualified Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or Level 3)
• Proven SEND experience in a school or specialist setting
• Calm, consistent classroom presence
• Confidence adapting support to individual needs
