Across East Sussex, SEND and SEMH schools are seeking educators who can provide clarity, structure and a steady presence within the classroom.

These roles span both teaching and support positions in primary and secondary settings. Pupils may require additional behavioural guidance, emotional support or differentiated learning approaches. Schools are looking for adults who remain consistent, reflective and reliable.

We are currently inviting applications from both qualified teachers and classroom support staff who are open to working within SEND and SEMH education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
