We’re seeking an experienced and passionate SENDCo to join a dynamic secondary school team this September. This is your opportunity to take the lead on inclusive practice and ensure every student—regardless of need—has the opportunity to thrive.
Location| Northampton
Lead the strategic development of the school’s SEND provision
Coordinate and deliver high-quality support across KS3 and KS4
Line-manage LSAs/TAs and work closely with pastoral teams
Write and oversee EHCPs, liaise with external agencies and families
Empower teaching staff to deliver inclusive, differentiated lessons
A commitment to equity, empathy and educational access
QTS and experience working with SEND pupils in a school setting
NASENCo qualification (or willingness to complete)
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
A supportive senior leadership team who champion inclusion
Opportunities for professional development and SEND leadership growth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
