As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing within a caring SEND provision.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide both in-class and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and additional needs
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Support students' emotional wellbeing and academic progress throughout the day
