A specialist primary and secondary school in the Bordon area is seeking dedicated and professional Learning Support Assistants to join its supportive team. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs, within a structured, nurturing, and highly supportive environment.
This role is ideal for experienced Learning Support Assistants, as well as candidates with transferable experience from childcare, care, youth work, mental health support, sports coaching, or other people-focused roles. Previous school experience is not essential, and full support and guidance will be provided.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and wider staff teams to support pupils both in the classroom and through daily routines. The role focuses on helping pupils engage with learning, develop confidence and communication skills, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.
