Rikama Education Limited is partnering with a specialist SEN school in Bexley to recruit driven and professional Teaching Assistants.
We are seeking individuals with experience supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those with ASD, Autism, or severe learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Work closely with the lead teacher to prepare lessons and classroom resources.
Support children with diverse learning styles and additional needs.
Monitor and track student progress.
Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements:
Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
Knowledge and experience supporting a range of additional needs, including ASD and PMLD.
Full right to work in the UK.
