Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Fleetwood. This role focuses on supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them thrive in both academic and social settings.

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASC.
  • Implement strategies to promote engagement, independence, and emotional regulation.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
  • Experience supporting children with ASC or other additional needs (school or care setting).
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
  • Competitive pay: £12.90–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience).
