Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking caring and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Crawley and nearby areas. You’ll provide one-to-one support, assist small groups, and help create a calm, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
- Helping children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
- Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
- Creating a safe, positive space where every child feels valued
- Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Confidence to work across different school settings
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
