SEN Teaching Assistant New

Our partner SEN school provides a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and MLD. The school is known for its personalised approach, strong leadership, and excellent support systems for both pupils and staff.

• SEN Teachers (Primary, Secondary & Post-16)

• Teaching Assistants (1:1 and class-based)

• HLTAs & Learning Mentors

• Behaviour Support Staff

• Therapeutic Support Roles (e.g., Speech & Language or Occupational Therapy Assistants)

• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN

• Previous experience in an SEN, mainstream or care setting (preferred but not essential)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude

• Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Team Teach, Makaton, PECS) are desirable

• A dedicated consultant to support your SEN career journey

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
