SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role:
- Support students with additional needs ranging from ASC - ADHD
- Work with students on a 1:1 & group basis across lessons
- Collaborate with experienced teachers and supportive staff
- Flexible in supporting students across different phases
SEN Teaching Assistant – Qualifications required: - Previous experience working with SEN / ASC / ADHD / SEMH
- Level 3 TA or degree level of education preference
- Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and resilience to support secondary students
