Are you creative, energetic, and ready to make a difference? Teaching Personnel is working with an inspiring SEN Primary School in Crawley, and we’re looking for lively Teaching Assistants to help children thrive through fun, playful learning.


About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be guiding young pupils with unique needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties (SLD), and mobility challenges. Lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging, filled with activities like singing, dancing, art, and games. Every day is different and brings new opportunities to boost children’s confidence and keep them excited about learning.


Requirements:
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM
• A positive, creative spirit and love for helping young learners grow
• An enthusiastic approach to making everyday fun and impactful

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
