Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location: Luton
Rate: £85-£100 per day

Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Luton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
  • Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
