Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant that specialises in Special Educational Needs? Are you seeking a role in a mainstream Primary School? Teaching Personnel are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work part-time (Mon-Fri, mornings only) in one of our partner schools. Your role would be to support a child with Autism, who is also non-verbal, in the nursery.

Ideal candidate:

 

  • Experience supporting young children with Autism
  • Makaton trained (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Ability to work on ones own initiative and adapt well to new environments
