  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups within the classroom and specialist provision

  • Build trusting, positive relationships with pupils and families
  • Champion inclusion and help create a calm, structured, child-centred environment
What We’re Looking For

  • Someone creative, proactive and ready to tailor their approach to each child
  • A genuine passion for supporting children who communicate and experience the world differently
What We Offer

  • Ongoing training in SEN, sensory integration and communication approaches
  • The opportunity to make a profound difference to children who need thoughtful, specialist support
  • A positive, inclusive school community where staff wellbeing matters
