We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers for specialist schools in the Camberley area on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are committed to supporting children and young people with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
  • Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties
  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents/carers
  • Monitor student progress and adapt learning strategies where required
  • Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, and assessment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working within SEN or specialist education settings
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs

Experience teaching primary or secondary-aged students within SEN settings is highly desirable.
