As an SEN & PRU Teacher, you will:

Deliver Tailored Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, and more.

Support Individual Needs: Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students with SEN or behavioural challenges.

Promote Positive Behaviour: Implement effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and respectful learning environment.

Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalised support to ensure every student reaches their potential.

Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with other teachers, SENCOs, and school leaders in Rickmansworth to develop and implement strategies supporting students' success.
