Contract: Full-time (Part-time considered)
Salary: £29,344 – £44,919

A specialist school in Woodeaton is seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join their team. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs and provides a nurturing environment where every child can achieve their personal best.

About the Role
Teach and support pupils with a variety of SEN including autism, communication differences and learning difficulties.
Adapt teaching to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals.
Monitor progress and adjust teaching where necessary.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
Promote an inclusive and positive classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher with SEN specialism or equivalent.
Experience working with children with additional needs.
Strong understanding of SEN and effective strategies to support learning.
Clear, confident communicator and a strong team player.
Passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers and succeed.
