Primary SEN Teacher Bexley, Kent

Contract: Maternity Cover (Starting November 2025)
Pay: MPS / UPS £160 to £240 per day (dependent on experience)
Location: Bexley, Kent

Rikama Education are partnering with a well-regarded primary SEN school in Bexley to recruit a passionate teacher for a maternity cover contract starting November 2025.

The Role

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons for pupils with SEND or SEMH needs.

Adapt and implement lesson plans to suit the individual learning needs of pupils.

Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment to promote confidence, progress, and wellbeing.

Make effective use of both indoor and outdoor learning spaces to enhance engagement.

Requirements

We are looking for a teacher who:

Has experience teaching pupils with special educational needs in a primary setting.

Understands the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.

Uses a creative, nurturing, and student-centred teaching approach.

Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting young children's learning.

Can commute to Bexley or surrounding areas.
