About the Role - SEN Teacher

• SEN Teacher supporting primary-aged children in the school's SEN provision, with a focus on tailored, individual learning.
• Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and other teachers to ensure inclusive and holistic support for each child.
• Develop engaging and adaptive lesson plans that cater to each child's needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Conduct regular assessments to track and evaluate progress, modifying learning objectives to ensure every child can succeed.
• Join a team that values collaboration, compassion, and creativity in fostering student growth.

What We're Looking For in an SEN Teacher

• Minimum of 2 years of SEN teaching experience, ideally with primary-aged children in a specialist setting.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required for the SEN Teacher role.
• Proven ability to work with diverse SEN needs, particularly ASD, with a passion for creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
