Responsibilities:

• Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Maintaining a vibrant and happy learning environment
• Encourage self regulation to support access to learning and be willing to alter your own behavioural styles to best support learner engagement
• Ensure personalised approaches to overcoming barriers to learning
