Requirements:
*A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
*Previous UK experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, preferably within a school setting.
*Strong understanding of various learning difficulties, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language disorders.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
*Patience, empathy, and resilience in handling challenging situations and behaviours
*Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced educational environment.
*Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on best practices in SEN education.
*A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting students with diverse needs.
